Kid Kultureä, a division of Strategic Marketing Resources LLC is a Los Angeles based marketing services agency specializing in the development of creative marketing solutions for the kids marketplace.

The principal of Kid Kultureä, Karen Grace-Baker has a general management background with over 20 years of extensive marketing and financial experience with leading Fortune 100 companies. She has served in executive level marketing positions at Sony Wonder, the children's division of Sony Music Entertainment, at The Walt Disney Company in their Children's television division and at The Pillsbury Company in their Baking Mix division. Previously she also served as Senior Accountant and Financial Analyst for Digital Equipment Corporation and Polaroid Corporation respectively.

Karen holds a B.A. degree from Boston College in Elementary and Special Education, with graduate level work in Child Growth and Development and also holds a M.B.A. degree from Atlanta University. She served in an adjunct faculty position at Woodbury University where she taught Marketing at the undergraduate level. She has been invited as a guest panelist and speaker at several children's marketing conferences across the country and has been a guest columnist for Kid Screen magazine and Progressive Grocer. Karen was recently featured in Essence magazine as one of the "Top Corporate Women in America".
